Come together with animal advocates from around the country (and across the globe) for three impactful days of action, education, and community-building in Miami, FL. A community bonfire will be held the evening of November 5th, so plan your travel to join us!
This November, animal activists from all over the US and beyond will gather in Miami for three days of action, growth, and connection. Hosted by Animal Activism Collective (AAC), the Miami Convergence offers a rare chance to stand together in solidarity and get involved with some of today's most effective pressure campaigns for animals. Throughout the weekend, we'll be organizing around global anti-fur and cage-free efforts while teaming up with Miami-based animal rights groups to secure wins for animals locally.
With housing and meals taken care of, you can put your energy where it counts: showing up, developing your skills, and building relationships that last. You'll gain real-world experience in campaign strategy, public outreach, and effective action. You will also learn how to participate and get involved with global campaigns back in your home city. Whether you're a longtime organizer or brand new to the movement, this is your opportunity to meet new people, level up your skills, and contribute to some of the most important campaigns for animals happening today.
Don't forget: we're hosting a community bonfire the evening of November 5th, so plan your travel to arrive early if you'd like to join us before the convergence begins.
Community is the foundation of the Miami Convergence. Sharing space, organizing together, and taking action as one creates room for real connection, common purpose, and growth as a collective. Together, we'll mobilize dozens of activists in Miami around some of the most significant global and national campaigns in our movement.
Expect to take part in bold actions supporting ongoing anti-fur efforts, protests against battery cages, and several high-impact local campaigns across the greater Miami area.
You'll head home with the confidence and know-how to launch effective pressure campaigns in your own community.
The convergence itself runs November 6th - 8th. Housing opens the evening of the 5th and closes the morning of the 9th, so book flights with that in mind. Don't forget: we're hosting a community bonfire the night of the 5th so arrive early if you'd like to be there!
Spots in the house are limited and offered first come, first served. The house will be full of fellow animal advocates from around the world, and you'll likely share a room and/or bed with someone of the same gender. This is grassroots housing!
Housing details (location, check-in times, etc.) will be sent after you register, closer to the event. If you need special accommodations, reply to your registration confirmation email - though we can't guarantee we'll be able to meet every request.
If you're local to Miami or have a friend to stay with, that's totally fine. Staying in the house isn't required to participate.
The schedule won't be published anywhere public. Registering is the only way to get access - once you sign up, you'll be added to a Signal group chat, where each day's schedule will be shared the night before.
Expect to take part in global anti-fur campaigns, cage-free campaigns, and local Miami pressure campaigns.
No arrests are planned for this convergence - every action will be legal. Our goals are to build activism skills, move campaigns forward, and strengthen community; symbolic arrests aren't part of our approach. That said, if anyone is arrested during the event, we'll support them however we can.
AAC is a small grassroots organization operating on a modest budget, and this convergence will cost an estimated $15,000 or more. Events like this are only possible thanks to grassroots donations from supporters like you.

Housing and most meals are covered, but bring enough money for some food during your stay, plus public transit costs while you're here.
